Shipping

All one of a kind pieces are ready to ship and will be dispatched within 1 business day after your order is placed.

All made to order pieces are individually handcrafted and require approximately 6 weeks production time from the date of purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note that the following delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, customs processing, and other external factors beyond our control:

• Germany: approx. 1–3 business days
• European Union: approx. 3–7 business days
• International (non-EU): approx. 7–21 business days

Delays may occur, especially during peak periods or due to customs clearance.

Customs & Duties

For international orders outside the EU, please note that customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Due to the nature of our work, all pieces are handmade and often unique or made to order.

• One of a kind pieces: returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition.
• Made to order / custom pieces: non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you wish to request a return, please contact us before sending the item back.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue, contact us immediately so we can find a solution.

Will my jewelry tarnish?

Silver may naturally tarnish over time, especially when exposed to air, moisture, or skin oils.

This is completely normal and not a defect.

Gold is much more resistant but may still show signs of wear over time depending on use.

How can I prevent tarnishing?

To keep your jewelry in its best condition:

• Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals
• Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising
• Store your pieces in a dry place

How do I clean my jewelry?

Each order includes a silver polishing cloth.

You can gently clean your piece using the cloth to restore its shine.

Avoid using harsh cleaning products, as they may damage the material.

What if my piece changes over time?

Jewelry evolves with wear — slight changes in color or texture are part of its character.

With proper care, your piece will stay beautiful for a long time.

How do I find my ring size?

Take a look at the size chart on my website. If you’re unsure about your size, feel free to contact me before ordering — I’ll be happy to help you find the right fit.

Are all pieces handmade?

Yes, every piece is carefully handmade. Slight variations may occur, making each piece truly unique.

Can I request a custom design?

Yes! I love creating custom pieces.

You can share your ideas, materials, or inspirations through the custom request form, and we’ll create something unique together.

How long does it take to make a custom piece?

Made to order pieces require approximately 6 weeks from the date of purchase, as each item is handcrafted individually.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

For orders outside the EU, customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I return my order?
